When purchasing a gift card, you have two options:

"For someone else": The gift card will be sent directly to the recipient’s email at the selected date.

"For myself": The gift card will be sent immediately to your email. You can then print it or forward it to the recipient.

No, gift cards are not personalized. Even if you select "For myself," you can still give it to someone else.
No, the gift card represents a monetary value. It can be used for any treatment offered by the salon at the moment of the booking as well as for purchasing products.
Yes! If you select "For someone else," you can choose a sending date. The gift card will be automatically sent at the same time of day as your purchase.
You have two options:

Print the gift card from the email you received.

Send an email to hortus.brussels@gmail.com or via the online chat to request a physical version, which you can pick up at the salon at an agreed-upon date and time.

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Yes, gift cards can be used in multiple transactions if the amount due is inferior to the gift card balance.
If the gift card amount does not cover the total payment, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.No, gift cards are non-refundable.
